Deep in the Heart of Texas......I found HINDS. Three Mi-24 Hind-Ds, in fact. TWO of which...these two, are airworthy. ;)

it is such a large helo, but it can put out a huge firepower!
A large payload and a large gun count is usualy rare in the world of aircraft. And that is why Russia is here to make that a normal thing

Now that is cool. The Mil Mi-24 has got to be the coolest looking attack/transport helicopter ever built by the Russians. It amazes me that you managed to find 2 of them right here in the U.S.

i think it was a oil line that needed to be switched out or something. and parts aren't easy lol

I think that's exactly what they were waiting for, actually lol. But still, building anything from scratch that will be reliable on an airframe....
